TEC's Needs Assessment, provides an independent, unbiased recommendation for the technology and products to meet your specific needs, and develop an integrated, seamless solution. TEC's approach and phased structured methodology are as follows: TEC utilizes a Needs Analysis Assessment Process (NAAP) to gather data for the Needs Assessment which is part of a complete structured methodology to define the objectives, scope, requirements and recommendations for your learning system. This process ensures an organized approach to gather and document information which results in customized solutions on how your organization can best use technology to deliver content. In Phase I, Preparation and Kick-Off, a team of TEC consultants work with you to define the overall goal of training and professional development and technology system requirements. In Phase 2, Needs Analysis, TEC consultants survey your current environment, target environment, and the delta between the two. TEC looks at your complete professional development picture: technology, infrastructure, people, and other key components.
