Evaluation Reports TEC provides evaluation services to diverse educational organizations, agencies and interests, from local school districts, to media corporations, to the U.S. Department of Education. We have been the primary evaluator of various USDOE Star Schools programs for over a decade, and provide some of those evaluations here in order to share information about innovations in education.
